terms and conditions of enrolment

registration and payment

  1. once bookings have been received by we consider them firm enrolments;
  2. program fees are payable in advance;
  3. when payment via credit card is made online, full program fees are paid at the time of booking;
  4. in the event that an authorising officer is nominated for payment, a tax invoice will be sent to that nominated person.  A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable no later than 14 days prior to the program commencement date;
  5. all enrolments will be acknowledged in writing either via post or email;
  6. a member of the Client Services team will contact you with 1 week of your booking;
  7. if for any reason, full payment for a program is not received by the due date reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled and the deposit forfeited; and
  8. late bookings made within 14 days of the program commencement date will require full payment at the time of booking.

cancellations and transfers

  1. cancellations will be accepted without charge if is notified by email or in writing at least 21 days prior to the program commencement date;
  2. if cancellation occurs within 21 days of the program commencement date, then 50% of the full program fee is non-refundable.  The balance is transferable to another person or program date; and
  3. unfortunately due to expenses incurred by , no refunds are possible in the event of non-attendance.

  

program changes

  1. due to the nature of life in general, program dates, times and fees occasionally need to be changed.  If this does occur, the  Client Services team will contact all enrolled participants, and wherever possible seek to find an alternative solution that suits both parties in relation to cancellations or postponements that are difficult to plan for.

 

travel

  1. where travel is required to attend a program, it is recommended that at the time of booking you consider purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation, loss, damage, illness or injury; and
  2. all travel costs involved between your hometown and the program are at your own cost unless otherwise stipulated in the course information sheet.
